Evadoc is always looking for committed volunteers.

Specifically, we are currently seeking help for the following tasks:

1. Cataloguer
2. Registration of data in ODIS
3. Administrative preparation for digitizing audiovisual media
4. Harvesting digital documents
5. Translator Dutch-French
6. Translator Dutch-English
7. Translator Dutch-German

  If you have other talents you would like to develop with us, don’t hesitate to contact ​​​​​​us! We’ll discuss what you enjoy doing and see if we can make it happen together.

Evadoc is always looking to expand its collection. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

It would not be the first time that archives, valuable correspondence, brochures, etc., were discarded as old paper due to ignorance or indifference during clearances, moves, or after a death, due to lack of space. If you encounter such a situation, you can always contact the archive consultant at Evadoc. He will work with you to determine what should be done with the material.

All non-academic publications, whether self-published or otherwise, related in any way to the Protestant-Evangelical movement in our country are always welcome.

By collaborating in this way, we will be able to provide the most comprehensive documentation of the history of the Protestant-Evangelical movement in Flanders (Belgium).
